The QuickLook package is designed for situations when you need some quick answers.  Some examples of the topics I can cover with this package include:

  • Calculating your minimum billable rate to achieve profitability goals and/or developing a billing model.
  • Determining if you can afford to: buy new equipment, hire a new employee, lease a bigger space, upgrade your website, etc.
  • Accounting diagnostics – Analyzing the books and providing a report of findings
  • Performance measurement – Researching industry standards, calculating ratios and providing a visual dashboard.
  • Developing compensation or commission plans
  • Design a cash flow forecast and help you or your bookkeeper implement it into your weekly routine.
  • Setting up QuickBooks and introductory training.

This package is called “GPS for Your Business” because it will enable you to know, at any given time, exactly where your business is.  By keeping current and knowledgeable about your financial and other data, your business decisions will be better informed as you move forward on your path.  I’ll work directly with you in our monthly or quarterly meetings to provide key insights and to point out patterns and issues that many businesses overlook.  Then we’ll set up solutions to help you manage and enjoy your business with less stress and uncertainty.  This package includes:

  • Analysis of the books to identify areas for improvement and accuracy of financials.
  • Research and Develop dashboard/visual view of your financial ratios and trends.
  • Consultation session to review the results and dashboard and provide insights.

After the initial analysis, I’ll continue to keep an eye on your financials.  Ongoing work includes:

  • Review your accounting transactions monthly & advise on any necessary changes.
  • Monthly dashboard updates.
  • Monthly or Quarterly reflection & direction meeting.

Would you like the most comprehensive information that can take your business where you want to go and an experienced tour guide to help you get there?  This package will give you a clear sense of where you are and will provide a map showing you how to reach your next destination.  Working closely on your business, we’ll move with ease and clarity toward your goals.  Along the way we will identify and implement solutions as we encounter new terrain and areas that have been rough travels for you in the past.  Over time, the more I learn about how your business functions (and dysfunctions!), the better tour guide I can be and the greater insights I can provide.

This package includes everything in the GPS Package:
